Arizona

Our first stop in Arizona will be Antelope Canyon, located just east of Page, AZ. The canyon is divided into Upper and Lower by the highway that passes between them. We will visit Upper Antelope Canyon first. Both locations are located on Navajo land, and require you to take a paid tour with one of their companies.

For those with any kind of physical limitations, or are claustrophobic, then you want to visit the upper canyon. Though you will have to walk a ways in some deep loose sand, the upper canyon is more open than the lower. It is always crowded, so expect not to be alone. There are no private tours, no matter who you are.
