The next stop in the Mediterranean, is Santorini, Greece.
Santorini is located to the south of mainland Greece, and is accessible by boat or air. It is a popular stop for cruise ships. There are 2 main cities on the island, and traffic can be quite congested during peak times. Oia is probably the most famous, as it is the location of the blue dome church pictures. Parking is right outside the town, and you must walk to the shops, hotels and restaurants (hint, think about contacting your hotel for a luggage porter to meet you).
The other large town on the island is Fira. The town is more accessible by vehicle, but you will find it easier to just walk to your destination from one of the local parking areas. Here there is also a cable car to take you down to water level to catch a shuttle back to your boat. The lines can get very long, so plan accordingly. There are some nice waterview restaurants looking out over George volcano (the creator of the island).
